I was unsure of this joke, considering that Lita already "looted" the orc... but the way I see it, looting other players isn't actually allowed, so she could do it knowing she was breaking the rules. Here she's trying to follow the rules. That or she's unwilling to get close enough to a dead rat to cut its tail off...
